  • Languages: Specifies the languages in which your content will be available.
  • Main language: reference language.

NOTE🗒️: In the case of being multilingual, the language that the attendee has set as a priority will be used.

Keep in mind that the languages you use influence all products (for example: App and registration form).

Also, your email communications should also be multilingual.

  • Timezone: Define the time zone in which the event will take place.

IMPORTANT

  • In-person event with all attendees from the same time zone: everyone always sees the same times.
  • In-person only event with attendees coming from different time zones: everyone sees the time zone of the event.
  • Virtual event with attendees from different time zones: each and their own time zones.
+ info 👉How does the App, Web and Landing schedule work when there are different time zones?
  • Force update content in mobile app: This action forces the content in the App to be updated for all attendees. It's useful when you've made significant changes to the event information, in any of its modules.
When triggered, a popup will appear in the App prompting attendees to update, ensuring that everyone has the most up-to-date information instantly.

IMPORTANT❗If you have a Branded App, instead of Eventsbox, check with Meetmaps to see if your App has this feature.

  • Admins: your team members who have access to this specific event.

  • Invite Only: Only those who receive a prior invitation can access the content.
  • Access Code: Code determined to access the event.
  • Type of access to the virtual event:
    • Access with form: To access the virtual event (App or Web), you can add new questions that attendees will have to fill out. In this article 👉 What is the Join Form? it explains how to create and edit this form.
    • Access without form: No need to fill out additional information.
  • Access control:
    • Single login: Limits each attendee's login to the same network. This way, you prevent others from connecting to your event with the same credentials.
    • Use recaptcha: The attendee can enter from various devices as long as they are connected to the same network.
  • Accessibility to the virtual event web: Whether we want the content to be open to everyone or private for certain individuals

NOTE🗒️: If you want to access features such as a custom domain, create a single-page event, login with LinkedIn, or white-label branding, contact the Meetmaps team.
