What is the Missions module and how to use it?

Discover how to create gamification activities in you event through the missions. Create fun and dynamic games, and optimize the attendees´ experience.

The Missions module allows you to create a scoring system based on completed missions. The attendees have to complete the activities and score points to enter the global ranking. 

There are 3 types of missions:

  • Answering one or multiple quizzes about the event, brand, etc
  • QR code scanning
  • Answering surveys

How to create missions from the Virtual Event or App Dashboad

  1. Access the "Missions" module on the sidebar menu
  2. Click on "New Missions" to create a gamification mission
  3. Fill in the pop up screen with the title and the description. Finally, you will have to choose the type of mission you want to create: Quiz, QR scanning or SurveyScreenshot 2023-04-17 at 11.36.52
  4. Once you have chosen the type of mission (module), you will have to select the Quiz, QR or Survey (created prior to this step) that you want to include in your mission. On screen, you‘ll have a dropdown menu with all the taks and the points of each one.

REMEMBER ❗: Before linking a survey, a QR code or a Quiz with a mission you have to create it from the Survey module on the sidebar menu.

Existing missions

From the Missions module you will see all the existing missions. Here you will be able to edit or delete them. 

You can also download the ranking from the "Ranking" tab in the Missions module. Here you will be able to see the email, name, score and timing of each participant.
