Whether you have a registration form with entries, products, or a schedule with session sales, this module will help you have better control over the accounts.
In Registration > Payments:
Payments:
- Total volume💰: shows the figure equivalent to total revenue, less service fees and refunds
- Balance pending settlement: refers to the difference between the total volume and the balance already settled
- Balance settled: the amount already transferred to your account
Payments Section
This section displays details of payments received, including the date, reason (ticket purchase, product purchase, or session purchase), customer name and user name who made the purchase, amount paid, commission calculation, refunds, and payment status.
What else can you do in this section?
- Use the search feature 🔎 to quickly locate users and their payments
- Activate filters to show payments received by day or all together
- Using the Actions button, you can Download ⬇️ the list of payments received, including details such as email address, amount, currency, date, refunded amount, and fee. This file downloads in .csv format.
CONFIGURATION
Remember to activate ticket sales. Also, if you want to make test payments or run pre-tests, activate these two sections:

- Enable test mode: The payment gateway will only accept test data.
- Show test payments: Only payments made during the test will be displayed.

- Make the tests you want on the registration form with a "test" card:

IMPORTANT ❗Remember to disable "Enable test mode" and "Show test payments" when opening the form so that "real" payments are accepted.
