What is the Notes module?

Would you like your attendees to be able to add a comment, reminder, or note about another specific attendee? It is possible with the notes section!

The Notes module is a module where all the notes that the user has created in the attendees' profiles are compiled.

The notes are used to record important or interesting details about that person, whether more contact information, times in which they can be contacted or any other type of annotation desired.

Here we show you how it works:

IMPORTANT❗This module is only available for the event in the App.

On the Web it is activated by default to record notes from attendees (although they are not downloadable).

Notes from the section in the App 📱

1. When accessing the event in the app, depending on where the module has been activated (in the main, side or bottom app) you will find the notes section.

2. To create a note, go to the profile of the attendee you want (if you go to the bottom of the main app page, you will see the list of attendees and who they are). Click on the person's name to enter. You'll see a "note with a +" icon. Here you can write the note you want. Click "guardar".

3. When you enter the Notes module you will find a list of the notes that you have created so far in the profiles of the attendees you have chosen.
