      What is the Gamification section and how to configure it?

      Discover how to configure and take advantage of Gamification for your virtual Eeb or App

      What is gamification?

      Offer a unique digital experience to your attendees by combining knowledge and fun.

      There are two types of gamification:

      • Gamification per actions: This is a feature available for both the event's website and App, in which the performance of actions by the attendee is valued and promoted.

        These actions can consist of interactions that attendees perform with any module on the Meetmaps website and/or App.

        Thanks to this resource, you can promote the use of technology at the event, in addition to achieving positive results in interaction and encouraging dynamism.

      • Gamification per missions: This feature is only available in the App, and it allows interaction between event attendees through games such as Quizzes, QR scanning, and surveys, which generate points and a ranking.

        This learning technique aims to achieve better results and optimize the experience of event attendees.

      IMPORTANT❗Gamification per missions is only available for the App, since its 3 types of tasks only have an App module, whereas gamification per actions can also be available on the Web.

      The tasks to be performed to earn points are:

      • Meeting confirmed (task for App & Web)
      • Stand visited (task for App & Web)
      • Online session attended (task for App & Web)
      • Questions to the speaker (task for App & Web)
      • Survey answered (task for App only)
      • Open private chat (task for App & Web)
      • In-person session attended (task for App & Web)

      IMPORTANT❗ Remember to activate the gamification per missions module to see the ranking and available surveys, as well as the Quiz and QR Gamification module if necessary.

      This type of gamification includes 3 types of tasks (you can choose 1, 2 or 3 types of tasks):

      • Quiz type tasks
      • QR Gamification type tasks
      • Survey type tasks

      This is how the main page of the ‘Quiz’ section is displayed in the App 📱, where attendees can answer the ‘Quizzes’ and select the correct answer with a maximum response time.

      QR Gamification

      The "Scan" section is to scan the corresponding QR.
