Additionally, from here you have access to the **web-based access control** manager and all **live and post-event metrics** for both check-in and check-out. **IMPORTANT**❗All attendees must access the event with a QR code. Acts as a digital clicker. - **Use custom QR/barcode:** This option will disable Meetmaps QRs an instead lets the organizer create and use external QRs (we reccomend to consult with the Meetmaps team before activating this option as there is a specific proccess that must be done). - **Enable autoprinting:** Print the credentials automatically when checking in. - **Enable rooms check-in:** Activate to allow for check in by rooms  👉 [How to set up check-in by room?](https://help.meetmaps.com/en/how-to-set-up-check-in-by-room?hsLang=en) explains how to carry out this function. - **Maximum capacity:** Specify the maximum capacity for your event per day. - **Accreditation limit:** At events with self-printing, the attendee's accreditation is only printed the first time the QR code is scanned. - **Access to the event or a room:**In these two fields you have two options - **Without restrictions:**You can scan the same QR multiple times - **Only one entry at a time:** You can only scan the QR of an attendee one time. Only if check-out mode enabled will you be able to scan it again. - **Allow check-in in session without the need to do general check-in before:** Perform check-in for specific sessions without the need to scan the QR code at the entrance of the event. When you create a reader, it provides you with a username and a password that must be used to log in to the Check-in app. **IMPORTANT**❗ It is necessary to create **a reader for each device** that will be used. **NOTE 🗒️:** Event administrators can also use the Check-in App to scan using their email and password, but they have to be attendees of the event too. Guests who have not yet registered do not count for this metric. - **Presented Attendees:** The number of attendees who have scanned their QR code. - **Event attendance:** The percentage (%) of attendees who have checked in at the event compared to the total registered. - **Current event capacity of the event:** The number of attendees currently at the event.
