Use the "Resend Credentials" option in Attendee List to send emails

This is an easy way to send emails to your attendees

NOTA 🗒️: the correct way to send emails to segments of attendees or to all your attendees is through EMAIL CAMPAIGNS.

In any case, in this article we explain an alternative way.

 1. In Emails > Templates create an email in Templates that you want to send to your attendees.

2. In Emails > Email automation (Apps) link this new template to the "When resending credentials" sending action.

3. In the Attendee List, select the attendees you want to send this email to and click on "Resend credentials".

IMPORTANT❗If your event has more than one language:

  1. Select the attendees of the first language and click on "Resend credentials".
  2. Select the attendees of the second language and click on "Resend credentials", and successively with the other languages.

This is because if you select all attendees, only one email will be sent in the predominant language in the attendee selection.

Example: 77 attendees with ES language and 50 attendees with EN language. If you select all and resend credentials: the template sent to everyone will be the ES (majority).
