How to request a meeting with a member of the exhibitor- attendee point of view
Learn how Meetings with Exhibitors look on the platform from the attendee perspective: from accessing the Web or App to the moment their meetings conclude.
HOW DOES THE ATTENDEE REQUEST A MEETING?
1. The attendee accesses the Exhibitors section and chooses the Exhibitor they are interested in.

2. The attendee accesses the exhibitor's description. In the "Contact Us" section, they find the members of the exhibitor. Then, the attendee selects the member they wish to schedule a meeting with and clicks on "Schedule Meeting".

3. The attendee selects the meeting they are interested in and the desired time. (In the Web version 💻, the request is sent immediately).

4. The attendee clicks on Request.

5. The meeting is now requested and accepted.
If the exhibitor member is unable to meet, the attendee will receive a cancellation or rescheduling request.
NOTE 📃: If the organizer has enabled the option to Show Meetings in App & Web > Agenda, the attendee will see all meetings in the general Agenda.
