1. In App & Web > live polls , select the agenda session:
Alternatively, you can create the polls session from this same section:
- Play: Highlight a poll among the others
- Eye: Make the poll visible
- Three columns: Show results after voting
- Lock: Close voting to the public
- Three little dots: Archive, edit, or delete a poll
- Six little dots: If you have more than one poll, you can rearrange their order
NOTE🗒️: You can only highlight one poll at a time. If you click the play button for another poll, the previous one will go into the background and the new one will be highlighted.
Please note that you cannot change the order of the votes that appear on the screen, so the option to highlight a poll is convenient.
4. If the vote has already been finalized, or you simply do not want it to be visible, you can Archive it.
NOTE🗒️: If you want to unarchive a poll, simply go to the Archived polls section and select the up arrow icon.
How to generate the transmission link?
All responses to the Live polls will be transmitted in a URL that we have available and that can be very useful for the audiovisual team to project the votes on the screen.
Click on the button with the symbol of a television to access this link:
When you click, a new tab automatically opens with the URL of the polls. You can copy this link and send it to the people you need.
TIP 💡: remember that by default the broadcast screen is in Spanish, but if you want to change the language and have it in English, you must add this tag to the generated URL: ?hl=en.In case you want to have it in Catalan: ?hl=ca
NOTE🗒️: This screen, by default, will always have the main color, logo, and event name.
