How to create a Poll?

Discover how to create a poll in your event to know the attendees opinions

Polls serve to ask the audience a question and they can select an answer from the available options. It can be used to validate that the content has been understood, to vote for the best project and even to know the opinion of the attendees, so there is no correct answer.

There are two ways to manage them:

1. Through an agenda session.

2. Activating the polls module.

Settings

1. Polls through the agenda session: in this case the voting will be done within the session, in the Agenda module.

In App & Web > Agenda, activate Voting in the session of the agenda you want.

2. Voting by activating the Voting module: the voting is centralized in this App module and divided by agenda sessions.

How to create a Poll?

In App & Web > Voting click on "new polls session +".

A pop-up will appear. Select the agenda session to which you are going to link this vote or create one from scratch. Click save.

Now the session has been created and you can add a vote by clicking on "add vote +"

Fill in the pop-up with your desired vote in the languages ​​you have configured. Activate the options you want to apply to your vote.

If you activate the "Show results after voting" switch, the assistant will be able to see on the screen what the rest of the attendees have voted after they have sent their vote.

If you activate the "No se puede cambiar el voto" switch, this allows the single vote without being able to modify it.

Click save.

Your poll has been created. With the icons on the right you can:

• Play: Highlight one vote among the others
• Eye: Make voting visible
• Three columns: Show results after voting
• Lock: Close public voting
• Three dots: Archive, edit, or delete a vote
• Six dots: If you have more than one vote, you can move them in order
