Live Polls are an effective tool for engaging the audience and obtaining real-time feedback, allowing results to be displayed instantly and encouraging more dynamic participation during any event.

Configuration
1. In App & Web > Live Polls, select the agenda session you wish to vote on.
2. Alternatively, you can create the poll session from this same section:
- Play ▶️Highlight a poll among the others
- Eye 👁️Make the poll visible
- Three columns 📊Show results after voting
- Lock 🔒Close poll to the public
- Three little dots: Archive, edit, or delete a poll
- Six little dots: If you have more than one poll, you can rearrange their order
NOTE🗒️: You can only highlight one poll at a time. If you click the "Play" button for another poll, the previous one will go into the background and the new one will be highlighted.
You cannot change the order of the polls that appear on the screen, so the option to highlight a poll is convenient.
4. To archive a vote, click on the three dots and select "Archive".
5.To unarchive a poll, click the icon of the upwards arrow.
Live Poll Transmission
The polls and the responses submitted on these can be broadcasted live by the audiovisual team to a larger screen.
1. Click on the "mini tv" button.
2. This opens the page with the poll URL. If needed, copy this link and send it to the people you need.
IMPORTANT ❗By default the broadcast screen is in Spanish, but if you want to change the language and have it in English, you must add this tag to the generated URL: ?hl=en. In case you want to have it in Catalan: ?hl=ca
NOTE🗒️: This screen, by default, will always have the main color, logo, and event name.
EXPORTS 🔢 You can download the poll results. Click on "Download results" and select your language.
