Once a workshop-type agenda session has been created, it is not possible to modify the number of participants. Find out here how to do it step by step.

The number of participants in the workshop-type sessions of the agenda cannot be edited. If you need to add more attendees to this session, you can do it as follows:
TIP 💡 Close the registration form while you do this process in Registration > Form > Settings.
1. In App & Web > Agenda click the three dots button on the workshop-type session where you want to increase the number of participants.
2. Select the option "Export" and "Registered attendees" and download the Excel file with the participants registered for that session.
3. In Properties, create a single-choice property (a role). Here's a reminder on how to create them 👉 What are properties and how to create them?
For example: Registered for the AI workshop? Single-choice response: Yes
4. In Attendee List, do a bulk import with the email column and the property "Registered for which workshop?" filled in, for those participants of the workshop who were already registered.

5. In App & Web > Agenda, create the workshop-type session again (with the same name, date, etc.) and the higher number of participants.
6. In App & Web > Agenda > Participant Management, click on the actions button of the newly created workshop session and select "add registered participant to the session."
7. A pop-up will open where you must select "add participant by role".
Example: "Registered for the AI workshop" and select "yes".
8. It will show you the number of participants to be added. Click "send".
And there you go! Now you'll see the participants you added in the session's participant list! It's that easy! 💥
