What is the Photo Gallery section?

The Photo Gallery section can be used as a good way to increase the attendees engagement in your event.


Available for these licenses:

Logo meetmaps Event App Pro, Enterprise

Logo meetmaps Virtual Venue Pro, Enterprise

Logo meetmaps Suite Pro, Enterprise


The photo gallery is a section that allows the attendees to access to different galleries created by the event admin. Here, attendees and organizers will be able to visualize and upload their own photos. 

NOTE 🗒️You need to activate the Photo Gallery module in the "Modules" section to make it visible in the App & Web +info 👉 What is the Modules section?

Configuration

1. In App & Web > Photo Gallery click on the "New Gallery" button.

2. Enter the new gallery name and choose if only admins can upload them, then click on the "save" button.

Screenshot_10-11-2025_1659_admin.meetmaps.com3. The new gallery indicates how many photos have been uploaded. You can also download the images in a zip file or delete any images that do not seem suitable to you.

IMPORTANT❗To upload images to the platform, the maximum size is 6MB. If your image weights more than that, you need to size it down.
