Video Calls in Meetings 1to1 between attendees from the Attendee's point of view

Learn how Meetings 1to1 video calls appear to attendees on the platform, from the moment they access the website or App until they finish their meetings

How It Appears in the App 📱

1. The attendee accesses Meetings 1 to 1 and selects the meeting session of interest. Then, they go to the My Meeting Agenda section and click the Join Meeting button.

2. The attendee enters their name, clicks Continue, and then selects Enter the Room.

3. Once inside the meeting, the attendee can mute themselves, turn the camera on or off, share their screen, and view other attendees in the video call. To leave the meeting, they click the Leave button, which presents two options:

  • End Meeting for All
  • Leave the Room

4. After the scheduled meeting time has passed, the My Meeting Agenda section displays the How Did It Go? button, allowing attendees to confirm if the meeting took place.

IMPORTANTE This appears for all attendees:

  • Those who attended the meeting within the scheduled time.
  • Those who did not attend.

If the attendee clicks:

  • YES 🆗: They provide feedback on the meeting (a rating and a comment) and click Send.

  • NO ⛔: They are shown four options and then click Send.

How It Appears on the Web🗒️

 1. The attendee accesses Meetings 1 to 1 > My Meeting Agenda, then clicks the Join Room button.

2. They click Join Now to enter the meeting.

3. The attendee has the option to enable the microphone and/or camera before clicking Enter the Room.

4. Once inside the meeting, the attendee can mute themselves, turn the camera on or off, share their screen, and view other attendees in the video call. To leave the meeting, they click the Leave button.

5. After the scheduled meeting time ends, attendees see the How Did It Go? button, which asks if the meeting took place.

IMPORTANT❗ This appears for all attendees:

  • Those who attended the meeting within the scheduled time.
  • Those who did not attend.
