Personalize your events on Meetmaps

Personalize your Meetmaps events with: your App Branded app, your custom email domain, and your Web domain or subdomain.

Contact us if you want to customize further your events with Meetmaps' Event Management Software. Here are the 3 types of customization:

App Branded📱

The events you create in Meetmaps can be:

  • Eventsbox App: This is the App included in all Meetmaps App licenses.(Android / iOS).
  • App Branded: Instead of having your events in the Eventsbox App, you can have an App with custom branding (name, icon, etc.).

    You can also hire as many App Branded Apps as you need, and continue using Eventsbox for some of your events.

NOTE 🗒️: Here are two examples: 

🍃Branded app for a company event (called Perplex, for example)

Create your Branded App with your company logo, and use this App for all events.

Example: App Perplex Events

🍂 Branded apps for an events agency (called Moon Agency, for example. One of their clients is the Science Congress Committee)

  • For your clients' small events or those with a limited budget, hire us to create your own Branded App featuring your agency's logo.

    Example: Moon Events Agency App
  • Additionally, you can create a Branded App for some of your clients, such as those who hold recurring annual conferences or because your agency manages various types of events for them.

    Example: Science Conference App / Science Events App

Custom email domain✉️

All Meetmaps licenses include sending emails from the sender address, noreply@meetmaps.com.

It is possible to hire and configure your own personalized sender email so that attendees recognize the email from which they are sent (for example: no-reply@yourdomain.com, events@yourdomain.com).

NOTE 🗒️: Here are two examples: 

🍃Custom email domain for a company event (for example, a Perplex event)

Register a company domain for all your internal events.

Example: no-reply@perplex.com

🍂Custom email domains for an event agency (like Moon Agency)

For your clients' small events or those with limited budgets, register a custom email domain for the agency.

Example: no-reply@moonagency.com

Also, register one for each client or event if needed.

Example: info@sciencecongress.com, info@agencyclient.com

Custom Web domain or subdomain🌐

All Meetmaps licenses require that the URLs in the events you create in Meetmaps use the subdomain: event.meetmaps.com (for example: event.meetmaps.com/identifier/XXXXX)

This URL appears in:

  • Virtual Web Event
  • Landing
  • Registration form with URL
  • Public exhibitor catalog
  • Invitations/tickets
  • URL Surveys
  • Premium Exhibitor Admin
  • Abstracts Form
  • Download URL for credentials (Badge builder PDF sent by email)
  • Invoice download URL (PDF sent by email)

It is possible to register and configure a domain (www.domain.com) or a custom subdomain (www.subdomain.domain.com).

NOTE 🗒️:  Here are two examples: 

🍃Custom Domain or Subdomain for Your Company Event (for example, a company called Perplex with the website www.perplex.com)

For your company events, choose one of these two options:

1. A new domain name (e.g., www.perplexevents.com)

2. Or, a subdomain for your existing website (e.g., www.events.perplex.com)

🍂Custom Web domains or subdomains for an event agency (called Moon Agency, with a website like www.agenciamoon.com, for example)

For your clients' small events or those with limited budgets, register a custom Web domain or subdomain for the agency.

Example: www.agenciamoonevents.com / eventos.agenciamoon.com

Also, register one for each event or client if needed.
