Learn how to send a campaign email to a segment of your event attendees
You have created an email campaign and you want to send it to a segment or part of your attendees. If you want a mind refresher on how to configure a campaign with a template click 👉here.
Steps to follow
1. In Emails > Campaigns: create the campaign email with the email builder using the desired template of the "Select filter".
In our example, the email will be called "Resending Credentials".
2. In Properties > Import create a "unique selection" property.
In our example we will use a property named "Campaign-Sending credentials", and the option, the day we sent the email: 05/09/2024.
3. Under Attendee List, select the attendees you want to assign ownership to, and assign it to them.
In our example "Campaign-Sending credentials", segment "05/09/2024".
4. Return to Emails > Campaigns and select "schedule delivery", then a pop-up will appear where you will select the segment and the value and whether you want to send it now or schedule it for the future. Click on "continue".
NOTE📋: An alternative (less recommended since it can create errors and there is also no record of the emails sent) to this system is:
1. In Emails > Automated emails create an email and link this email to the moment of delivery "When resending access credentials".
2. In the Attendee List, select the attendees you want to send this email to and press "Resend Credentials".
IMPORTANT❗Remember to unlink the email from the moment of delivery column since the moment of delivery > "When resending credentials" includes when the assistant wants to recover the password within the App or Website.
You are now ready to send the campaign to the selected segment!🚀
