Here we explain step by step how to publish your event's App on Apple
To manage the upload or update of an app to the App Store, you will need to assign the App Manager role to a Meetmaps team member so that we can upload it, this way we can publish the app without interfering with the account settings or touching other apps already in the account.
There are two ways to publish the app to your Apple developer account:
- Give us access as App Managers assigning us the permits to manage the certificates, provisioning profiles and key ID.
- Give us access as App Managers without assigning us the permits to be able to manage the certificates, provisioning profiles and key ID, and therefore you should manage it yourself.
1. Assign us the role of App managers with permits
By granting us authorization to manage the certificates, provisioning profiles and key ID (necessary elements to publish the app), we will be in charge of downloading them or creating them in case they have not been created:
Step: Assign us the role of App Manager and give us access to certificates, identifiers and profiles.
2. Assign us the role of App managers without permits
As we do not have permits to manage the certificates, provisioning profiles and key ID (necessary elements to publish the app), you will be in charge of downloading them or creating them in case they have not been created. We explain the steps to follow:
Step 1: Create an App ID
Step 2: Assign us the role of App Manager without giving us access to certificates, identifiers and profiles
Step 3: Add our test device
Step 4: Create and download iOS App Development Certificate and App Store and Ad Hoc Certificate
Step 5: Create and download Provisioning Profiles for both certificates
Step 6: Create and download your Key ID

Once you have done these steps you will need to send the certificates, provisioning profiles and key ID to the Meetmaps team in order to upload the App.
We will notify you when we have sent the app for review.
