Modules:

You can limit the visibility of the modules for the attendees by applying a property-role in the configuration, thus generating an itinerary.

Go to the Modules section in the left side menu, and click on the "three dots" button to Edit the module you want to link to the itinerary.

The following window will appear where you can select the itinerary to be displayed by this module. Choose the option of the accurate role.

IMPORTANT ❗: Please note that only attendees with this property-role assigned in their profile will see the module. Attendees who do not have that role assigned will not see the module in the event.

Meetings 1to1🗨️:

Roles are useful when creating Meetings 1to1 sessions with roles and selecting hosts and requesters. To do so, go to the Meetings 1to1 Dashboard, under Meeting Summary in the left side menu, and click on the "Create Session" button.

The following tab will appear where you will have to select the Matchmaking option.

Once selected, you will be able to choose which role is the host and which role is the requester in the Meetings 1to1 session with roles.

Agenda:

There is also the option to determine which roles can show and therefore participate in certain sessions of the agenda, generating a different experience or itinerary for the attendees.

To configure it, go to the Agenda section in the left side menu, click on the "three dots" button to the right of the session you want to assign an itinerary to and click on the "Edit" option.

The following tab will appear where you should go to the Session Configuration section and select the corresponding role in the Itinerary field.

IMPORTANT ❗: Please note that only attendees with this property-role assigned in their profile will see the agenda session. Attendees who do not have this role assigned to them will not see the session.

On the other hand, those sessions to which you do not assign any particular role in the Itinerary field will be available to all attendees, regardless of their role.
