How to configure the Home Web?

Discover how to configure and make the most of the homepage or main page of your Virtual Web Event

Configuration

In App & Web > Home > Home Web, begin the configurations:

1. Set a cover image with dimensions of 1280x1024 px for Web 💻 and 720x375 px for mobile 📱

  • Show text: The event name, as indicated in the General Information section, will appear in the center of the image.
  • Show Date: The event date, as indicated in the General Information section, will appear in the center of the image.
  • Shadow Hero: Darkens the image.

Modules

Activate the buttons for the modules you want to have active on the Home.

IMPORTANT❗: You must configure the modules beforehand for their content to appear by clicking on the "go to content" link of each one. Doing so will redirect you to the corresponding section of the side menu.

  • Countdown: This is the countdown to the start date of your event. It disappears once the event is live. It displays the date and time you specified in the General Information section.
  • General Information: This section contains the information you configured in the following areas:
    • General Information: The private description with the welcome message or event details.
    • Settings > Design: If you added a main image for the desktop or mobile website.
    • Streaming: If you inserted a video in the Streaming > Activate on Main Screen section.
  • Agenda: +info👉What is the Agenda section?

  • Sponsors: + info 👉What is the Sponsors section?

  • Speakers: For the display of speakers, you have 3 types of layouts: Basic, Pro, and Pro Hover. You can select your preference by clicking on the "Edit" button.

  • Exhibitors: There are 3 types of layouts: Default, Full, and Full Hover. Choose your preferred layout by clicking the "Edit" button in the Displays module.

  • Contact: You can provide an email and phone contact for attendees to get in touch with the event organization.

IMPORTANT ❗: Keep in mind that if you activate streaming on the main page, you will not have metrics for attendee connection time.

Module creation

It is also possible to add modules to the Home Web by clicking on "Add module+".

For multilingual events, assign a name to each module in all languages. Click the 🌐 button, select a language, edit the titles, and repeat the process for each language in the event.
