Inform your event attendees and premium exhibitor members about the functionality of the meetings module at exhibitors
Virtual event attendees and exhibitor members are used to using the Agenda, Messages, Speakers, etc. modules, as they are similar to the modules they use on their mobile or on the websites they visit.
On the other hand:- event attendees do not intuitively know how to schedule meetings with exhibitors in the exhibitor module
- premium exhibitor members also do not know how it works.
hat is why it is necessary to explain how it works. Here we explain a simple way through the module instructions:
- send a campaign (or more!) with the instructions to the attendees, and another to the members.
- add a module with the instructions in your App / Web for the attendees, and another for the instructions for members.
Communication to attendees
1. Create the instructions in a Word document and upload it in the App & Web > Documents section to have a link to these instructions.
NOTE🗒️: We have attached sample instructions in App and Web and in Spanish and English so that you can adapt it to the branding of your App or Web.

2. In Emails > Campaigns create an email campaign explaining the value of meetings at exhibitors, and add a module with a custom URL and the link to the instructions.
3. In App & Web > Modules create a URLin module and the link to the instructions.
Example: in this case we name the module "Meetings at exhibitors instructions".
Communication to Premium Exhibitor Members
1. In Properties > Import create the role of "Exhibitor Members > Yes" through a single selection property.

2. Assign this role to the exhibitor members so that you can send the campaign only to them and only they can see the member instructions.

3.Create the instructions in a Word/PDF document and upload it in the App & Web > Documents section to have a link to these instructions.

4. In Emails > Campaigns create an email campaign with the instructions, and add a module with a custom URL and the link to the instructions.

Send this campaign to the segment "Exhibitor members > Yes".

5. In App & Web > Modules create a URLin module and the link to the instructions.
Example: in this case we name the module "Meetings at exhibitors instructions for stand members".

And make this module only visible to exhibitor members, by assigning an itinerary to this module.
