What is the Tickets section?
In the Tickets section, you can configure the ticket types available for your in-person, virtual, or hybrid event. Here you define the pricing (free or paid) and their terms and conditions so you can enable them later in the registration form.
Available for these licences:
Access Starter, Pro, Enterprise *
Event App Starter, Pro, Enterprise *
Virtual Venue Starter, Pro, Enterprise *
Suite Starter, Pro, Enterprise *
* Starter: 1 ticket
Pro and Enterprise: multiple tickets
If your event has one or different types of tickets, you must register them in the Tickets section so that they appear in the registration form.

1. Tickets
In Registration > Tickets > Tickets, click the "Create ticket +" button. This will open a pop-up window to configure the ticket with the features you need.

Fields to configure
- Ticket title and description: these will be visible to the attendees.
- Start date/ hour: indicate from which day and hour the ticket will be available.
- End date/ hour: indicate until which y and hour the ticket will be available.
- Free: free of charge for the attendee
- Price: with a cost for the attendee. If you choose this option, a field where you can add the price of the ticket will appear.
- Tickets available: in this field, you will indicate the number of tickets available for your event. Price options:
- Available Tickets: Here you will indicate the number of tickets that will be available

- Define this ticket as private for one or more different roles (unique and multiple selection properties), depending on what attendees have answered in step 1 of the data collection of the registration form (prior to ticket sales).

- Type of assistance:
- Presential: to events with on-site tickets.
- Virtual: ticket for attendees that only attend the event virtually.
- Hybrid: with this option, the attendee can access the event both on-site and from home.
- Switch of Activate ticket sales
NOTE🗒️: during on-site events where you would like to control the event's capacity, remember to specify a specific number of tickets available. Once all tickets have been sold-out, attendees will no longer be able to acquire that kind of ticket.
IMPORTANT❗ For the entries to be visible, first activate the payments in Registration > Payments > Configuration. + info 👉 What is the Payments module?

IMPORTANT ❗Tickets sold in Test mode also deduct from the total available tickets.
NOTE🗒️: Once you have created a ticket, you will also be able to:
- organice with the 6 dots
- activate it with the ☑️ button
- edit it with the ⚙️ button
- delete it with the third button 🗑️

2. Tickets sold
This tab displays the list of ticket buyers. The following information is included:

Payment Method

You can search for a purchased ticket using the search engine or you can filter by "source" or "Payment method".

EXPORTS 🔢: It is possible to export the tickets sold in csv file format.

3. Ticket Buyers
This tab displays more information about attendees who purchased tickets, the quantity sold, and, if applicable, whether they have been fully allocated in the ticketing workflow.

4. Promotional codes
Here you can create discount codes for the purchase process. You can set a usage limit and select the specific entry to which it will be applied.

Click the "Create code +" button. Define the code title (internal name), the promotional code you'll share with attendees, the ticket it applies to, the discount percentage, and the number of uses. Finally, activate the code by clicking the "Activate discount code" button.

It is possible to import multiple promotional codes at once using a list, instead of creating them individually.


5. Settings
This section enables the ticketing system. It allows you to purchase multiple tickets in a single order and manage their activation by assigning an attendee to each ticket, or, if preferred, activate them automatically without any further action. If previously agreed upon and activated, the Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration is enabled here.
