IMPORTANT ❗Sponsors' logos: square shape 600px x 600px in .png or .jpg format. Make sure to leave good margins to avoid being cut off on the different screens where they are displayed on Web, App & Landing.
The Sponsors module allows to have a section in your App, Web and Landing dedicated exclusively to give them the visibility they deserve and thus capitalize on their investment.
NOTE 🗒️: To activate the Sponsors module you must go to the Modules section and activate the "Sponsors" module + info 👉 How to configure modules?
Configuration
- In App & Web > Sponsors click on "+New Sponsor". A pop-up menu will appear where you will need to fill out their information.
2. Fill out the necessary details
NOTE🗒️: Remember that to enter your Sponsor's Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profile, you must attach it in URL format.
NOTE 📄: When a sponsor is linked to an exhibitor, the attendee can access the stand of the linked exhibitor.
In this way, the sponsor can have a premium stand linked to all the places where they are visible.
3. Click on the "eye" 👁️icon to make the sponsor visible in the App & Web. To hide the sponsor click on it again. The icon will turn grey.
4. Its possible to delete or edit a sponsor by clicking in the "edit" and "delete" buttons.
5. To edit the order of the sponsors you can order them by clicking in the "6 dots" or by clicking in the Order by > Name button.
Sponsor Categories
The Sponsor Categories are useful to divide and assign different levels of importance and/or protagonism to the Sponsors of your event.
NOTE 🗒️: In Home > Home App its possible to edit the sponsors module to show a specific category of sponsor that you have created beforehand.
To create the categories do the following:
1. In App & Web > Sponsors > Categories click on "New Categorie+".
2. Assign a title in all the languages that are configured and select the "size" of the Sponsor.
3. Click the "save" button.
4. To assign a category to a Sponsor, go back to the Sponsors tab, edit the profile and select the category that you need from the drop down menu.

NOTE 🗒️: If you want to see how it turns out, don't forget to add yourself as an assistant and:
- Web💻: the button located in the top menu, called "Preview event"
- App📱: download the App (Eventsbox, or Branded one depending on what you have contracted)
EXPORTS 🔢 : In case you want to see how many visits each Sponsor has had, you can click on the Actions > Export visits.
