What is the Live Polls section?

Polls allow you to pose a question to the audience and have them select an answer from the available options. It can be used to validate that the content has been understood, to vote for the best project, and even to gather the opinions of the attendees; therefore, there is no single right or wrong answer.

Configuration

1. In App & Web > Live Polls click on "New Polls Session+".

2. In the pop-up, select the session of the agenda that you will link to this Poll session or create one. Click the save button.

3. Next, to view the "panel" for that specific session, click on the "sessions" button and select the session again.

4. To add a poll, click on “Add poll +”. Fill in the box with the poll details in the languages ​​you have configured. Activate the options you want to apply.

5. There are two buttons that can be activated:

• Show results after voting: the attendee can see on screen how the other attendees voted after they have submitted their vote.
• Cannot change vote: the choice cannot be modified after voting.

6. The poll has been created. You can use the icons on the right and left to:

• Play: Highlight one vote among the others
• Eye: Make voting visible
• Three columns: Show results after voting
• Lock: Close public voting
• Three dots: Archive, edit, or delete a vote
• Six dots: If you have more than one vote, you can move them in order

Management

After creating the polls, there are two ways to manage them:

1. Through an agenda session.

2. Activate the Live Polls module.

Agenda Session

1. In App & Web > Agenda go to the desired session and in section 3. Session configuration, activate the “Polls on live” switch.
