What is the Modules section?

Learn how to activate and structure the modules of your App and Web, as well as how to create new non-predefined modules.

IMPORTANT❗ In this section, you will see the modules included in your plan according to your license 👉 What modules exist according to your license?

In App & Web > Modules, you define the structure, order, and which modules are active in your App and Web.

This section has two blocks:

  • On the left, the available modules that are not activated

  • On the right, the active modules in your App or Web

App and Web Configuration

To activate the modules, click on the "+" symbol in the Deactivated Modules section:

                                                                     

Through the 3 dots you can:

                                                                    
  • deactivate the module

  • modify the name and icon of the module

  • limit module visibility for attendees by applying a property-role in the configuration, thus generating an itinerary

  • configure which module is the welcome screen when entering the App or Web

Additionally, you can configure the order of the modules by manually dragging them using the 6 dots to have the option to rearrange them.

                                                                  

Decide where the modules are displayed

In the App 📱, you can decide to access the modules from:

  • App side: collapsible side menu.

  • App Lower: pinned to the bottom bar of the App.

  • App Main: shortcuts on the Home of the App. The Home of the App has two views:

      And in the case of the Web 💻, if you want it to appear in the top menu, activate the Top Web checkbox:

      NOTE 🗒️: if you have a multi-language event and want to edit the module names in different languages, select the desired language from the dropdown.

      Create new modules from scratch
