What are HTML pages?

Meetmaps' Event Management Software is highly modular but has its limitations. Therefore, you can create HTML and embed them in:

• Landing
• Home of the Virtual Web Event

For example, content could be paragraphs, a bulleted list, buttons with links, images, and data tables.

How to create an HTML page 📄?

1. You should go to the App & Web Dashboard of your event, on the left sidebar, and choose the HTML Pages section.
   
2. Click on the "Create section" button, give it a title and a description about the theme of the HTML pages you are going to publish.
   
   
3. Once the session is created, click on the 'Add page' button and assign it a type (it has to be HTML), a title, and the body of the HTML page. You can insert and/or view the HTML code in:
   
   
   
   

Both in sessions and in the HTML pages themselves, you can also:

• Make it visible with the "eye button 👁️"
• Delete it with the 'Delete' button 🗑️.
• Edit the content with the 'Edit' button 📝.
• Organize the sections with the 'Organize Sections🔃' button.
• Organize the HTML pages within the sections by dragging up or down from the six points on the left.

How do I embed an HTML page?

Landing💻

In the Landing section, you must add a module. Select the 'HTML Page' type and the content (previously added to the HTML Pages section). Then click 'save', and it will appear in the Landing.

Home of the Virtual Web Event💻

In the Home section, you must add a module. Select the 'HTML Page' type and the content (previously added to the HTML Pages section). Then click 'save', and it will appear in the Home.
