      What are virtual spaces and how to configure them?

      Explanation, creation, and usage of the virtual spaces of the event

      The virtual spaces will help you to create different areas. These areas will appear as an interaction location with previously-selected information for the attendees.  

      How to create virtual spaces 🕹️?

      1. Go to the left side menu of the platform of your event, and choose the Virtual Spaces section. 
      2. Click on the "New space" button, add a name and upload an image (recommended size: 1280px x 1024px .png. format) with which you want to create the space. 


      3. To create the different interaction points of the space, you will have to go to the previously uploaded image and click on the following button: 
      4. You will be able to create the different points with the information you consider relevant and locate them in the specific place within the space or highlight areas.

      How to add a "point"? 

      • Click on the "Add new interaction" button and select the "New point" option.  
      • Complete the fields that appear in the pop-up. Take into account that only those with an asterisk (*) on them are mandatory. 

      NOTE 📃: the configuration of the point and its content can be modified afterward

      • Once you have created the point, it will appear on the image. You can place the point in the specific spot you think best, clicking on it, dragging, and then dropping it. 

      How to add an "Area"?

      In the same way you have created points, you can create Areas. Areas will allow you to add more space to the action you wish to conduct. You can set it up by following the next process: 

      • Click on the "Add new interaction" button and select the "New area" option.  
      • Complete the fields that appear in the pop-up. Take into account that only those with an asterisk (*) on them are mandatory. 

      NOTE 📃: the configuration of the area and its content can be modified afterward 

      • Once you have created the area, it will appear on the image. You can place the area in the specific spot you consider best.  

      IMPORTANT ❗: to adjust the size of the area, click on the first icon to adjust the corners as you wish. 

      To move the area created, you will have to click on the second icon of the right side menu. 

      How to make the virtual space visible in the event? 

      From the "Virtual spaces 🕹️" section, click on the eye 👁️ button:  

      REMEMBER 💡 that you must activate the Interactive Map (iMaps) module in the Modules section

      NOTE 📃: the shaded color of the area will be predetermined by the color you have chosen for your event.
