We will explain how to access the interaction statistics of your stand.
If you are a admin of a stand in an event, you can access the metrics and measure the impact that has been generated among the attendees.
How to visualize the metrics of the stand?
You can access the metrics from the same admin portal that you used to set up the exhibitor profile.
REMEMBER: Only the 👉 stand administrator 👈 can set up the design and products, and visualize the metrics. No other member is authorized to do so. Search the portal link, and access it with the user and personal code that the event organizer sent you via email.
From the stand administrator portal, click on the "Metrics" tab in the upper right menu to access the metrics.
Which metrics will you find?
Once you are inside of the Metrics tab 📈, you will visualize different sections with data from the following interactions:
- Visits: total number of visitors.
- New contacts: total number of new contacts.
- Meetings: total number of scheduled meetings with the stand‘s representatives.
- Interaction per section: total number of interactions on your exhibitor profile, i.e., the number of times an attendee has clicked on the buttons: request meeting, contact exhibitor's administrator, exhibitor's description, documents, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conversion funnel: allows you to identify the total number of exhibitor visits, total number of downloaded documents, messages sent to the exhibitor's administrator, total scheduled meetings, and total meetings held.
- Meetings conducted: total number of meetings conducted and requested.
- Meeting details: details of the meetings held by the exhibitor's administrator, including name, surname, company, and meeting status (confirmed or conducted).
- Downloaded documents: If you have documents in your exhibitor profile, indicate the number of downloads for each of them.
TIP 💡: With the "Export" button, you can download reports for each section. If you want to learn how to export the reports, click 👉 here.
Knowing the performance of your stand will enable you to make better decisions and make the necessary adjustments - information is power 💪.
