What is it?

It's a centralized website where your organization can list all its active events. Its main goal is to make it easy for attendees to explore, filter, and register for any of your events quickly and easily from a single location.

When you click on an event, it redirects you to the event's registration form or landing page (if enabled).

Once the functionality is activated, you can view and manage the portal from your Meetmaps account:

Configuration

To launch your events portal, you must adjust the following parameters in your account control panel:

1. Branding: In Settings > General, add:

• Name of the multi-event

• Color in HEX format

• Logo

• Banner

2. Event Visibility: You decide which events are displayed on the public agenda and which remain private via the button

2. Agenda Parameters: In Settings > Calendar events, the following key options are available:

• Access type: Defines whether attendees can navigate freely (without logging in) or if they require prior identification. If access is required, you can configure your organization's own SSO or Meetmaps' authentication system.

• General visibility: If access to the event agenda is via login, there are two options:
  

  • 🍎 Invited guests only: Attendees will only see events they are already registered or invited to. (Private view).

  • 🌎 All events: The attendee will see the portal's full schedule, whether or not they are invited to them. (Public view).

• Advanced filters: Allows attendees to find specific events by category. Here you can add account properties (single selection) to act as filters on the website.
