1. The member accesses Exhibitors and clicks on the exhibitor they are a part of.

2. In the "Show my meetings" section, the exhibitor member can see all sessions and can click on the session of interest to view his/hers scheduled meetings.

3. If the member wants to cancel the meeting, they can click on Cancel and then choose Decline Meeting.
