How to know the status of the attendees of a virtual event?

Discover the difference between the user statuses: guest, registered and activated user.

Attendees at your virtual event can have three statuses: guest, registered and activated. Want to know the difference? Keep reading👇

  • Guest: an attendee marked as a guest indicates that he/she has been invited to register to your virtual event through the registration form, but has not yet completed it, and therefore his/her status remains as a guest.  
  • Registered: once the registration form has been filled in, the guest becomes a registered member of your virtual event.
  • Activated user: once the attendee has received the credentials to access the virtual event, enters and can see the content of the event, he/she becomes activated.

To see the status of the attendees from the dashboard of your Event Management Software, you must go to the Attendees section, there you will see the status of each user.
