How to create an event from scratch or clone it from an existing one?

Find out how to start organizing a new event. To create it, you can do it from scratch or clone an existing event.

How to create an event from scratch?


1. Click on “Create event”

2. Configure the basic information of your event.

NOTE🗒️: All of these settings can be modified once the event has been created in the corresponding sections within the Dashboard. So you can complete it (or leave it blank) and modify it later in the dashboard.

            • Locations: choose an event with a location (and add it to the map) or choose an event without a location
            • Landing: choose whether or not to activate the “Landing” of the event. You can turn it on and off later.

            3. Configure basic registration information

            • Form: You don't need to configure the form here yet, but instead a switch appears to activate a deadline for attendees to sign up on the registration form.
            • General branding: Configure branding aspects such as the Background image for your event (and its form) and the company or event logo that will appear on the form.
            4. Configure the ticket typology between 3 types:

            • No tickets: attendees do not have to purchase any type of ticket.
              Free tickets and paid tickets: Create tickets without or with a cover with a name, a maximum number of tickets and a start and end date for the sales period.
            • Free tickets and paid tickets: Create tickets without or with a cover with a name, a maximum number of tickets and a start and end date for the sales period.
            • Paid tickets: When creating paid tickets, the configuration is the same as for free tickets, with the difference that you must add a price to the tickets.

            Once this information is configured, press “Save and publish” (your event) and you have created your event!

            How to clone an event?

            1. Click on the “Clone Event” button of the event you want to clone.

            2. Set the name and start and end date of the new event.

            NOTE🗒️:

            • All of these modules/sections are editable once the event has been created.
            • If you have a Branded App or Custom Web Domain, it will also be cloned, along with all the design and branding aspects.

            After choosing the modules, press the “Next” button and start editing and configuring your new event!
