Find out how to activate and link a streaming to your online sessions from our Event Management Software
To be able to view the streaming in your Virtual Event, you must carry out the following steps 👇:
1. In App & Web > Streaming activate the "Activate Streaming" switch.
2. In App & Web > Agenda open the session you need by clicking the three dots > Edit > 2. Modality and select Virtual > Streaming.
NOTE 📃: The streaming is always linked to an agenda session, unless you are using the Agenda by Rooms and want the room streaming link to be used.

3. Insert the streaming URL in all the languages you have configured in your event by clicking in the pencil icon.
You can choose between three platforms:

- Custom: if your link is not a URL neither from YouTube nor from Vimeo
- Youtube: if your URL is from YouTube
- Vimeo: if your streaming link is from Vimeo

IMPORTANT ❗: The streaming's URL must be the direct one to the video through which the corresponding streaming will be launched on the day of the event.
4. Lastly, click on the "Save" button and click on "Save changes" to check that it reads the link.
How is the multi-language streaming displayed in the Web?
Once attendees access the Web, they can choose their preferred language to view the content by clicking on the buttons in the upper right menu.
Regarding the streaming, following the configured example, in the ES version they will view the audiovisual content in Spanish. If they choose the EN version, they will access the session's broadcast in English.
Web 💻
IMPORTANT❗ In the App📱 the streaming language will be the language in which the attendee has registered in the registration form.
Add the "Language" property in Properties > Profile so that the attendee can change the language of their App.
NOTE 🗒️: We always recommend that before the event, your audiovisual team should run some tests before emitting the streaming to make sure it works properly 👨💻
EXPORTS 🔢: You can download the time that attendees have spent in a session of streaming from App & Web > Agenda > Sessions > edit the session you need by clicking the three dots > export > time of attendees.
