Design of the home of the app - TV HUB

Let's see all posibilities to have a fresh and modern app using the TV Hub layout

At the side menu's Home section > Home App tab > TV Hub ...

Cover:

First of all we have the Cover section. From there we can configure all cover image options. The image should have a size of 750px x 750px in .png format.

There are 6 switches you can use depending on your needs:

  • Activate cover: if you want the cover image to be shown.

IMPORTANT ❗: if the cover image is not activated, the rest of the configurations of the cover image will not be visible at the App.

  • Activate layer shading: a slightly dark layer will be placed over the image and under the rest of elements at the cover section. It is specially useful when using a light cover image and you activate the Title, Data and/or Description. As the typo will be white, you get a higher contrast with the image.
  • Show video: with this option a white "See video" button will appear.  By clicking on it, a pop-up will appear with the video you have set at the Streaming section from the side menu, switch Activate in Home screen
  • Show title: it shows the name of the event.
  • Show date: it shows the day, month and year of the event.
  • Show description: it shows the description you have specifically defined at the Description box for this home.

Modules:

In this section you have several modules you can activate.  For that, you only need to activate the switches for each module.

IMPORTANT: be aware that you need to previously configure the content of the modules you want to show.  If not, an empty state will appear.

  • Shortcuts: from the modules section you can select those modules you want to provide a direct access from the home. Just check the App main button for them.

  • Speakers: you will see the speakers of your event.  By clicking on their profile you will see their details.
You can also select if all speakers will be shown or only the ones you want to highlight.

  • Exhibitors: similar to speakers.  In this case, you can both show all exhibitors, or specific categories, or specific exhibitors.

  • Agenda: this module will show the next sessions to be happening at the event, highlighting those who are currently live.
  • Attendees: make your attendees visible in a glance to ease the networking between them.  They will be shown in a random order each time you enter the home, but we will always prioritize those with a profile picture.  A better networking experience!
  • Sponsors: show the sponsors you want to highlight and let attendees see their profile easily.  To provide a more branded experience and visibility for them, you can configure this module to show the banners of the sponsors instead of their standard logo.
As in exhibitors and speakers, you can also choose which ones will be shown, all, categories or selected ones.
  • Video gallery: the videos from the event's Video gallery can be shown here.  With a simple tap, a pop-up will open them so attendees can see them without long navigations through the app.
Choose which ones you want to show as we do in the other modules.
  • Image gallery: Similar to Video gallery, choose the albums you want to include in the home.  The most recent pictures from them will be shown here.  Can you imagine the dynamics the attendees themselves can bring to the app?

PRO TIP: Duplicate any of these modules and use a different category for each.  If you also assign a different itinerary for each one, you will create a fully customized content experience.

For example, if your event has exhibitors from different sectors, name it logistics and robotics, you can make the robotics to be highlighted only for the attendees working in this field.

Opciones para personalizar los módulos en la HOME:

  • Change the name of the module: you can do it by editing it.  Remember to change it in all languages you have at your event.
